Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a cleaning service through thespotlessduo.com or by checking the agreement box during checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Spotless Duo LLC ("Spotless Duo," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book our services.

2. Our Services

Spotless Duo provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Miami, FL and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:

  • Deep Cleaning
  • Housekeeping / Standard Cleaning
  • Move In / Move Out Cleaning
  • Post Construction Cleaning
  • Vacation Rental Cleaning
  • Event Cleaning

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Pricing is based on the size of your home, service type, and frequency selected at the time of booking. Final pricing is shown before payment is processed.

First cleaning: Your first booking is always charged at the one-time rate regardless of your intended frequency. This covers bringing your home up to our standards.

Recurring cleanings: After your first clean, recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) are billed separately at the discounted recurring rate via your provided payment link.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Spotless Duo to charge the stated amount for the booked service.

4. Subscription & Recurring Billing

If you choose a recurring cleaning plan (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), the following terms apply:

  • Your first clean is billed at the standard one-time rate
  • Subsequent cleans are billed at your selected recurring rate
  • You will receive a payment link via text or email before each recurring clean
  • Payment is due before or on the day of each cleaning
  • Recurring rates are discounted compared to one-time pricing as a reward for your loyalty

Cancel anytime. There is no long-term commitment required. You may cancel your recurring plan at any time by contacting us at sisters@thespotlessduo.com or by calling 305-614-0239. Please provide at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled clean.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of $50.

Cancellation by Spotless Duo: In rare circumstances (illness, emergency, severe weather), we may need to reschedule. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available date at no additional charge.

Lockout policy: If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout fee of $50 may apply.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed cleaning. We will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and only when we are unable to remedy the issue.

7. Access to Property

By booking, you confirm that you have the right to authorize cleaning services at the property. You agree to provide safe and accessible entry instructions. Spotless Duo and its staff will treat your property with the utmost care and respect.

8. Insurance and Liability

Spotless Duo is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 48 hours of the cleaning. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items of extraordinary value not disclosed before cleaning, or damage resulting from improper installation of fixtures or furniture.

9. Privacy

Your personal information (name, email, phone, address) is used solely to provide and communicate about our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. SMS Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Spotless Duo related to your service, including appointment confirmations, payment links, and reminders. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
